Grapho Linguistics™ is a process of analyzing and influencing human behavior using the tools of Graphology and Language patterns. Linguistic Analysis methods have no adverse impact on any of the protected classes and do not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, religion, gender, national origin or race and hence are absolutely legal. They are a part of the regular interview questions but are only asked in a different way to arrive at a structured response.

Graphology or Handwriting analysis as it is popularly known is a scientific study of our personality - who we are and how we think, feel and behave. Handwriting is as unique as our fingerprinting and demonstrates an x-ray of our mind. More than hundred and fifty years of research has proved that it is not our hand which "Writes" but it is our Brain which produces its "Prints" on the paper based on who we are. Graphology is not an occult tool and does not predict the future.

Linguistic Analysis is the analysis of human behavior based on the speech patterns used by individuals in their conversation. Every individual uses a set of filters to process the environment around them and their reactions are manifested in different contexts in the way they speak. Knowledge of the phrases and word constructs used by individuals in a particular context to communicate gives away the behavioral patterns they are likely to exhibit in similar situations later and can therefore be an invaluable tool in not only getting to know them better but also influence them.

Linguistic Analysis is carried out through a series of questions built into a behavioral interview session for a non
obvious way of figuring out the speech patterns of individuals. It also helps Companies create structured interview
sessions for easy comparison of candidates later.

While most of the other Personality tests typically try to TYPE individuals under certain trait categories, Linguistic Analysis works on the assumptions that a) Human behavior in different contexts is different and b) "People are not NOUNS but PROCESSES".
